I tried placing an order last night around 1:45 AM as there closing time is 2 AM. Tried calling them 5 times but they were not... picking up. Then I placed my order online around 1:55 AM. Within a minute I got a call from the store to inform me that they arecancelling my order since it?s too late and they do not make orders in last 10 minutes. Then what?s the point of being openuntil 2. Why don?t you change your hours, the girl who called was super rude and I asked her that I was calling you 10 minutesago and you guys were not picking up and now you called within a minute of me placing an order. She said we do not pick up phonecalls before 10 minutes of our closing time. She didn?t even apologized for the inconvenience and hung up very rudely. I amwriting this review to let their manager know that your staff is very lazy and impolite. I think you need to replace them forthe betterment of your business. Read more
Last 2 separate orders of pan pizza were ordered well done, but came fairly undercooked with a big raw gumline. Also they... weren't cut through properly at all, I had to recut it myself. I asked to speak to the manager as 2 separate orders atdifferent times weeks apart can't be messed up I thought without some underlying issues. Apparently the manager personally madethe 2nd order and was the person I was speaking to... Speaks alot about the quality at this location that I still got a rawpizza personally made by the manager of all people... Ffks... I asked him if there oven is broken or something, and theresponse was they cooked it a little extra this time... I ordered it well-done both times and clearly wasn't well-done (toppingsbarely crispy) and of course raw dough. Giving 1 stars as they atleast refunded my money for both orders. They offered to giveme a credit and remake the pizza, turned them down... Took the refund as not taking another chance, not coming back to thislocation to ever use a credit again They use to be good, not sure what happened.... They put meat in the Brooklyn pizza even though I had specifically mentioned no meat on the online order portal. I only noticed... after I had already eaten 3 slices (it was under the cheese). I am a strict vegetarian & because of their carelessness today,they made me eat meat. The staff are totally incompetent, I had also mentioned not to cut the pizza, and they did that too(meaning they don't read any of the order instructions). When I called the manager Saurabh/Saurav, his best solution was torefund the pizza (it's not even about the money). He barely apologized after I told him what happened. His excuse was that theywere really busy & made a mistake. So the customers have to suffer because you were busy? And he hung up saying they were reallybusy (instead of saying he will follow up later). See this is not a small thing like oh they forgot to put olives on my pizza.It's really not hard to get this right, but again they are simply incompetent / careless. I will never eat here again. I ordered a pizza at 10:14 PM and asked that the driver leave the pizza by the door. We waited for almost two hours before the... tracker showed that the order had been delivered. I went outside to look for order and it was NOT there. After some back andforth with the manger, they tell us that it was delivered and that the two people standing outside confirmed that "we livedthere and took the pizza inside to us." We spoke to all our family members and no one had seen a delivery guy. Likely scenariois that the driver delivered it to the wrong address and two scammers took our pizza. The best part....NO APOLOGY AND NOREFUND. SUGGESTION: Perhaps ensure that your driver delivers to the correct address before blaming the customer and theresidents of their household. Honestly, I can?t give negative stars for this location. Today I ordered 2 large pacific veggie pizza with extra garlic sauce. I... paid for it but they didn?t add the extra sauce. I ordered a 6 cheese pizza and a pacific veggie pizza. This was my first time trying the pacific veggie pizza so I didn?t pay... attention to what it looked like. I realized halfway through eating the slice that the pizza had bbq sauce on it and not pizzasauce. I called the store back and explained the situation to them and they said they would remake the pizza and told me tobring my pizza back. When I brought it back the lady who was checking the pizza was saying that it was in fact pizza sauce andthat I was mistaken. Then she showed me the pizza she remade and was comparing both of them with each other. She kept saying noit?s pizza sauce it?s not bbq. She was pointing at the crust and saying look how similar both the pizzas are and that they bothhave pizza sauce. I literally had to pick the veggies of my pizza to show the sauce and she still couldn?t tell the difference.How are you going to work at a pizza place and not be able to tell the difference between bbq sauce which brown and pizza saucewhich is red. I asked if she wanted to smell it or taste it or whatever to confirm I was telling the truth and she responded sorudely. She said ,? I will not do that?. I didn?t bring the pizza all the way back here so you can point fingers at me. Then sherealizes that my pizza had jalapeños on it when pacific veggie pizzas don?t have jalapeños on it then she claimed I was giventhe wrong order and that some other girl made it. Then she said it?s ok she?s going to take the pizza I got by mistake and I cantake the pizza she remade. I asked her if she was going to throw the pizza in the garbage and she said yes and she asked if Iwanted it. I didn?t really want it but I didn?t want to waste it. Point is I wasted my time and gas going back there for theirmistake only for them to insinuate I?m lying.
