Ive read reviews and well its happened to me ordered a few extra dipping i. Paid for didnt get i eat it only with suace they... tell me a driver will be on the way with the suace well ive been sitting for 5 minutes and thinking of how its gonna getbhereand the food getting colder and colder if the driver is not here in another 5 im hoping to recieve a refund or money towardssame thing bought also try ordering from whalley dominos seems like no food for me they dont even have an option to order from adifferent dominos on the app Read more

Ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza tonight. They put pizza sauce on it which isn't supposed to be there. We took it back and... then they made a new on with no sauce and missing cheeses. We paid $20 for a large pizza made incorrectly. Twice. The staffmember blamed us and said we ordered it incorrectly. Never ordering here again!!!!! Read more
Food was great but customer service was not that good. The lady taking my order on call was so rude and seemed like she's in... hurry. The way she said bye after taking my order. But five Stars are only for pizza and chocolate lava cake. Btw I asked todeliver two topping small pizza but they sent me medium. Can't say it carelessness as it made my day ???????????? Read more
I have tried many locations of Dominos pizza throughout BC and Alberta, This one is one of the most unhygienic, Is this you mew... way of making pizza? ?Made pizza pack it and kept it for 10 minutes after that add separately toasted olives and sprinkled it onpizza and THEN PRESS THE ENTIRE PIZZA WITH THE BACK SIDE OF PIZZA PAN/TRAY to stick those olives on pre-made pizza? Detailedcomplained submitted to Domino?s customer care, also after having this pizza I am switching my pizza preference to Pizza Pizzaor Pizza hut or freshslice, but not dominos for sure. Read more
Worst domino's ever - the person on the front desk was rude as one can be. Asked for condiments along with my two large topping... pizza and she told me they only have chilli flakes. Gave me 4 packets of them, when I asked for more she pretended to look underthe counter and responded that they ran out ! So cheap ! They heavily skimmed on the toppings (you can notice there is barelyany ham & banana pepper), sauce and cheese as well as you can see on the picture, it tasted like eating dry cardboard. Thecheesy bread only had cheese in its name and hardly any on the bread. Do yourself a favor and order from a different store ifyou crave domino's. Read more
