First time here. Ive been eating chinese food for decades and I love it so this is a fair review. Wor Won Ton soup didn't have... any seafood like in the picture and the broth had absolutely no flavour, extremely bland. Had two large pieces of pork which wasvery tasty. Lots of won tons but the filling was very basic compared to many others Ive had. Tried the ginger beef and it wasjust okay but was drowning in sauce. The cantonese chow mein was just okay, about 3 shrimp, no squid, lots of large chunks ofchicken which was tender and moist. Wished the food was more authentic though. I miss having chinese mushrooms, bok choyetc?. Picked up 15min before closing and it was still flaming hot when I got home. Portions here not disappointing. Price wasaverage. It was my first time ordering from this place. I went to pick it up and had a small bit of trouble finding the place. The lady... who greeted me was super friendly and we had a bit of a laugh about the place being a bit hidden. She said it was well worthfinding it though. You know what? She wasn't wrong. This is the best Chinese food I've had in Surrey! I will definitely begoing back. Truly a hidden gem...make sure you find it! Read more
