Arrived at 7:40 PM (Sept. 18, 2022) and the employee refused to make me a burrito because she "already closed the grill". If... you're open until 8PM, you're open until 8PM and should be able to order something from the menu. It's not like I came at 7:55PM, 5 minutes before close. Freshii should change the working hours so that the employee has time to "close the grill" and timeto clean up after the store is closed so that when people arrive during opening hours, they can actually order a meal. Disgusting food and lousy service at this Cloverdale location! We didn't order a tasteless rice burrito! We ordered two TexMex... Burritos but our burritos were 99% white rice and 1% black beans. There were no cheese, no avacodo, no taste or anything elsethat a Tex Mex burrito should have. The inattentive girl serving us bland rice burritos on Sunday April 24 afternoon (3pm)should be fired. Never have I had a bad Freshii burrito until today and thus will be the last time i visit Freshii. Read more
I ordered strawberry and banana smoothie here. It tastes completely different from Walnut Grove freshii. Walnut grove(near kins... farm market) is so delicious and fresh. But here?? So bad.. waste of money Read more
