Worst branch I've ever ordered at. 2 XL pizzas and wings were cold, the meat on the Meat Lovers were like straight out of the... fridge cold. I had to re-heat everything myself! We took different slices and made a pizza. However, butter chicken tasted very bad. I would recommend to make it the way you use... to before. After two months of posting this review. I ordered again. I clearly wrote in instructions to make a fresh pizza. Butthey sent the stale one again. Which was even worse than before. I don?t know how the store is still running. It was the worse customer service from the girls working their. Also, when i look at the way they were making the pizza?s was... really low standard in comparison to food safety bcz none of them were wearing any gloves and they were using their hands tospread the dow and one girl had the bad nails????, i don?t understand why they don?t follow the hygiene level and why theydon?t think it is not their Home?s kitchen and they have to wear the gloves. Even I tried to use my Telus Discount coupon as mycompany gave us as a perks but they didn?t accept that as they said they have no option to apply that coupon, but how come isthat possible that, really hard to understand. I am very disappointing with the service of this place. The girl name preeti had rude behaviour. I asked for the ranch as I... visited first time at this place but my experience was so bad as girl was making me feel embarrassed when i asked for the ranch.I couldn?t understand she started laughing with other girl and looking at me. I didn?t feel good and left from the place. Iwould recommend to manager please keep good employees who could give respect to the customers rather than laughing on them. I have gone to this location before and always had good experience but this time, apparently it?s under new management as per... the sign on the door. They took almost an hour to make 2 pizzas and they weren?t even busy. They only made our pizza in thattime frame. Anyway, after waiting so long, when I brought the pizza home, it didn?t even taste as good. The crust was dry, hardto bite. I think they also forgot to put sauce, it tastes awful to be honest. Tried the gluten-free cauliflower crust for the first time - Super impressed!! I was expecting to taste the cauliflower, but... nope! Couldn't even tell. I was also expecting it to be smaller for some reason, but nope! Only downside is paying three bucksmore for it, but if you have Celiac and crave pizza, go for it. (At your discretion, of course. There's always that tinypossibly of cross-contamination) As long as I don't feel any negative side effects by tomorrow, I'll totally order this again. Read more
Came in and got slices from the warmer. I asked for 3 cheese in a small box. The server was too busy conversating that she... packed only 2 slices, taped the box, charged me for 3 slices and when I came home and opened the box there was only 2. I calledthem telling them I will come by tomorrow to pick up that slice they missed and there response to be is you should have checkedthe box before your left? Are you serious? You taped the box and you want me to open it there to check if you did you jobcorrectly and put in the 3 slices that you charged me for? When I asked the girl for her name on the phone so I can say who Ispoke to, she says I can?t give you my name and then asks her co worker in Punjabi that they want my name and then tells me totalk to priya the manager or supervisor there.
