Overall the service for the food quality has gone down over the year. Went to an event they were catering a few weeks back and... the food quality was below par. Guest complained that meat was very rubbery and dried out. For myself there was little to nofood options (as always though) The catering service overall was very slow and sloppy. This place doesn?t even deserve one star. I ordered food for pickup and when brought the food home, some of the contents were... missing and when i called them again regarding my issue, he said that i should have checked the order before taking it home andi used to order from him before too. This has happened before too but I didn?t complain. I am the person who does not writeanything negative against anyone but this place deserves it. It was horrible! We were told to sit on the table but no one attended. We waited for half and hour. Also, the server was... touching her face, her mask, and then the food. 0 hygiene, there was also dirt on the railing part. We ended up leaving andgoing to another restaurant. I was highly skeptical for this place as per the rating but to the contrary for my expectations, I was delighted with the food... at its place.. actually it tasted like DITTO Indian food. I orders my family's usual fav, Malai Kofta, butter chicken andPaneer methi malai. All the 3 dishes were absolutely superb and biggest thing, they all tasted different. We ordered food two weeks back through uber eats. We ordered dal makhni, chili chicken, goat curry, naan & rumali roti. When we... got our food, it was missing rumali roti, so we called them 7 times, 3 times they answered but never spoke & rest it went onvoicemail. Dal makhni was bland, chili chicken was sweet & greasy, goat curry had too much salt & oil. The naan were half cooked& smelled old. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. The worst food in entire mainland. Not only they should work on customerservice, instead they should change the head chef. Stay away from this place. Ruined our night.
