Excellent service and food was great. A little on the steaper side for a "quick bite/faster food" but very nice nonetheless.... Only improvement would be to use whole cuts of meat instead of meat processed together. However it would probably be too "fancy"for the area + the price would skyrocket. This is probably one of the WORST customer service experience I?ve had. Wish I could have done 0 stars. I walked in today with... my girlfriend and stood in front of the till waiting to be helped but the 2 Indian girls in the front kept chatting away knowingthat we were ready to order. She finally came and helped us and wasn?t polite at all. It felt as if we were bothering them andinterrupting their ?lovely? conversation? We could tell they both hated their jobs very much; which is no excuse to be puttingthat on us costumers. She wasn?t very helpful with the menu as well. We also ordered a yogurt drink that tasted pretty bad andrealized it was going to be expired in 4 days. However, mistakes happen and sometimes people miss the expiry date, happens allthe time. But the lack of decent customer service is what really made us walking out upset and not ever wanting to come backagain. Moral of the story, customer service should always be number 1 priority everywhere, Unfortunately it sucked today.However, reading the other reviews, I?m glad we weren?t the only ones experiencing the same problem. Awesome place! The food is amazing. I took the Boss combo with mix meat and it was really good. Taste the same as it does in... Germany ????????????. This is a very clean establishment, including the bathroom, which is always a good indicator orquality. The service is excellent. They greet you with a smile, very polite and pleasant. Really delicious food! It was my first time here and I was blown away by the flavor of the meat, along with the yummy sauces.... Food was hot and fresh. Portions were good too. The restaurant is clean, bright and modern. However, it's really far for me,coming from East Van. Please consider opening another outlet somewhere closer, I'm sure it would be a hit too. Read more
Got The Original and it was sutured with meat and veg. That sauce is something else too. Staff were very patient and kind (it... was my first time so I had questions). The bread wasn?t a typical pita, it was really good and held its own against the hugeamount of fillings. Place is spotless also. Read more
