Employees were nice, the reason why give 3 star is due to taste. I had 3 fried chicken and one of it was definitely cooked... before and it was fried again, even the fried skin side was like a rubber, inside was even more hard and so dried. Read more
Usually order from this KFC since it is near our house. Never really had any complaints about the food. It does get really... swamped, but you can't blame the staff for that since a lot of people just stand everywhere without thinking they are in a mallwith other people. It's noisy during lunch and dinner times, so it does get harder to hear them. Read more
This place had the poorest service ever. Arrived and ordered 2 chicken breasts and 2 poutines to go . First they had no chicken... breasts ready and had to cook them. More than 15 minutes passed and still the order was not ready. Got dirty looks from staff,guess they didn't want to cook the chicken breasts. Charged me 23.89 for the bill. Wow! I ordered plant based burger combo. To be honest, the burger was really good. It is a delite for all the vegetarians. I tried it... at Guildford Mall. A plus point of it is that the patty is fried in seperate oil as most of the vegetarians prefer. So one cango there. Although the oil may be contageous sometimes. So confirm before ordering.
