I was told it would take 15 minutes. Took me 30 minutes to get my order while a dozen people got their order that came after me.... And this is after letting them know I?m still waiting for me order a couple times. I?m so incredibly disappointed. I will nevercome here again. Chicken World on 96 and 128 is way better anyway. Worst customer service. I did not receive my large potato salad the KFC team blames the Uber driver but it was stapled shut when... I received the order. After I explain this to them they say we packed it a 100%; basically accusing me of lying. Why would Iwaste my time letting them know instead of eating my food. I didn?t even want anything from them because I was not going todrive back to get it but just an acknowledgment of there mistake which they refused. Not to mention the very rude customerservice. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! Read more

The chicken is very tiny at this place. It seems to be consistent with other malls, smaller pieces. Could it be due to the fact... that rent is more expensive in the malls? Go to other KFCs if you want regular size Tuesday special chicken. Read more
They are stingy with the portions. The popcorn chicken bag was literally 1/3rd full, a count of 7 pcs total. The fried chicken... has likely been sitting there for a while, as it is very dried out. The fries where so oily they where sticking to the fry bag.And to top it off, they do not serve any spicy chicken at all despite the advertisements. I will not be going back to thislocation. Lunch rush or not seems to make no difference; 10 to 15 minutes waits for simple orders. Quality of food is acceptable.
