The worst Mary Browns experience I've had, I've been to Mary browns in several other locations. This was my first time at this... location and the food quality was absolutely terrible and not up to par with any of the other locations. There were also fliesall inside the location. I ordered a reg Big Mary sandwich..but it was not like they used to be when they first opened...and a two peice chicken pack... with no sides, to eat the next day...Do you usually give a wing as one of the 2 pieces? have never been served that at anychicken place ..unless I ordered wings; and the other piece was like a 1/4 breast? I absolutely LOVE this place! I?ve ordered from here too many times! The deals they put on their food are amazing, every monday... their burgers are $4.99 and many more deals are put. Staff Are, Ok. Asked for No Ranch to one of the burgers, They Put No pickles, but load it with ranch!, After getting new burger.... Food was good, not as good as other locations. Read more

Why say no - when you can say yes I can definitely help you with that! When I realized our order doubled up the sides ie gravy... and salad and was missing the fries I called immediately to cancel or modify the other Generally when people order take outthey have had a stressful day and were cut short on time and don't need more stress added to fix a honest mistake. The lady whoanswered made every excuse as to why she couldn't simply cancel. She did offer to give us a store credit for salad and gravy fornext time but . unable to add the fries on. Our order finally was cancelled and I was able to reorder. The experience was notgreat. Thank you! Read more
