My hamburger was made very poorly and cheap. It had one pickle and barely any mustard and ketchup. They didn?t even put onion on... it or the extra pickle that should be on it. And wanted to order ice cream cone but their machine was down. This also isn?t thefirst time going where the hamburger was done poorly so I am deciding to write a review because it wasn?t just a one off. $2.50for a hamburger that wasn?t even done right! Inside looks fantastic after their renovation! Food is great, service is good and all is well. But the person who planned out... the new 3rd drive through window got it wrong. The window is too close to the street side (east). It needed to be at least afew more feet closer to the main drive through window (west) It is so far for the worker to stretch to hand us (the drivers)the food. We need to reach more than we need to. This would be hard for seniors. Part of the issue is there is a huge planterbefore sidewalk at end with a tight corner to make to avoid it. It is poorly designed, even after the recent renovation. It's a tidy place and the service is quick and incredibly friendly! I love to stop by here before or after work for a small... energizer. All the food I've been served here has all been freshly made and not stale or cold at all! Read more
We just went through the drive thru around 8am and ordered some coffee and sausage egg muffins. We were pulled when there... wasn?t a line which bad enough but what really made this experience horrible is the tiny window where the lady through the foodat us and split the coffee down our vehicle. This was horrible. Plus she didn?t even give us a receipt so I could do a propersurvey through McDonald?s website. We won?t be returning to this location. I wish everyone was like Carla in at the morning drive through. So cheerful. The washrooms are scary dirty and sometimes has... street people druggies. Pan handlers gotta go. We'll NEVER sit inside again. Shame since it's nicely renovated. 152 & 17location. Read more
They say they are 24/7 but they are not we were there at 3AM after a long trip they made us way for 20 minutes as they said... theyll open then but the board clearly says 24/7 ! Finally we placed an order and then informed me that tap does not work. Thenagain they told me to wait quite a bit for my order which is fine as i totally understand it takes time. Point being if you sayyour open 24/7 be open 24/7! Read more
Every time we order they forget one item. We call them, they give us a free meal code to use next time. Nothing worse than a kid... without a burger when everyone else is eating already... super frustrating... you think we would check all 3 bags when we orderfor the families meal to be correct after this happening every time. We go here about once a month because nothing else is closebut the Walmart McDonald's. Read more
HORRIBLE. I could get past the bathrooms being gross but they are unbearably beyond disgusting and uncared for I can no longer... use them without wanting an bleach bath and burn my clothing etc. one day I walked in and there were 2 40?s of alcohol justchilling in a stall and by the sink unempty. Toilets so disgusting it?s a health hazard. I?ve been polite about it on 3-4seperate occasions as there is a sign to notify manager if bathrooms are bad. The feminine boxes weren?t emptied and Fullspilling out for days. I?m immune compromised and kept a shelter cleaner but just doing even the tasks you don?t want to. It?sjust worse and worse and I?ve never been such a regular just for my milkshakes and even donate to the Ronald McDonald house anddo deliveries for my mom with good reviews yet after buying and spilling my full large milkshake in the dirt before I had 3small sips they made me buy a new one. I?ve never had a McDonald?s be this ? we don?t care?ing ? like this. I?m a rewards memberalways polite and clean my space. I wouldn?t come here if you can drive to an alt one 100%. Shameful. Read more
