My brother in law and I were at your Panoram 15145 #10 HWY Bldg E, Surrey BC V3S 9A5 : store#23912. The Owner I believe,(she was... short stout older Indian lady in a McDonalds jacket, took our orders. She was curt to the bordering on rude from the beginningto the end of the transaction. If she is the Frachise owner, she behaved in a way that was absolutely in conflict with theMcDonald's customer service standards that I have seen. How can she be the ambassador let alone lead her employees by example. Iwas very put off with her attitude and body language which was screaming I am not interested in you business . She did it itbecause she believed she could get away with it. I have never seen a manager or Franchise owner that has such poor customerinteraction at McDonald's. Terrible service at the drive through. I wanted 3 different small smoothies. I had to tell her my order 3 times. I could see on... the screen she was getting it wrong. Finally she has it right. I get to the window to pay and she tells me it's $3 more than itshould be. I tell her my order. She repeats it. It is right. I pick up my order not noticing that they got the flavours wrong.2out of 3 were right but the one that was wrong was for the pickiest eater. Not at all impressed. Read more
Always seem to have trouble with something at this McDonald's. HOW DO YOU EVEN MESS THAT UP?!? Update: place must be under new... management either that or some finally gives a s***. Great customer service by the entire team , it was late and they had closed the store only drive through was open. I placed... order and went walking to pay. All the time either they will miss some food or give you food which you have not even order. Last night I ordered cheese burger... with no meat and they add meat in it.Today in the morning I ordered 3 plain bagel and 1 everything bagel they forgot to puteverything bagel in the bag. And this happen all the time. Later if you call them team members are so rude. Now I don?t know isit short off staff that?s why everyone is frustrated and give you different order or they don?t care.
