i am very sure this location Mcdonald's service is very very bad, terrible. their manager is very rude, he said they don't know... what is a happy meal. i ordered a pancake happy meal, they give me a half pancake, looks someone bite half. and they didn't giveme happy meal box, no yogurt, even no fry which should be included in the meal. I get off the car ask they see the happy meal,then their manager say he don't know what is happy meal! incredible rude, and their service process looks very dirty, I reallyworried if people get sick after eating their food. I also asked 3 times to give me the receipt, they finally did NOT give methe receipt! Read more
Absolutely terrible service. Waited 5 minutes in line up then made us park and wait another 15mins. Asked if we wanted our food... fresh. What kind of question is that. Horrible. Read more
Been here dozens of times this past year. Mostly drive through, and rarely had an issue as the orders are almost always... perfect. Well maintained site inside and out, friendly and quick staff, with consistent food. I highly recommend this location. Read more
After re-ordering 8 times at the drive through our order matched what was on display on the screen but when we received our food... there was a delay, cold fries and the size and one of the meals was wrong. Management should know that whether or not the girlwas new she shouldn’t be on the order screen on the busiest night of the week. Read more
3rd time in a row that we didn't get what we ordered but paid for. Burgers have gone up in price but down in size and quality. ... Have never had such messy burgers just thrown together carelessly. Our mc flurries came 3/4 full after sitting in parking lotwaiting with burgers that got cold. The McDonald’s at this location on 32nd Ave. and King George used to be excellent nowthey must have new managers because it is gone downhill so much we won’t go back. We will go to Wendy’s or A&W. The order was a take out. I ordered fish burger. It tasted so bland. The sauce was not on the burger outside the burger. My... friend ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Ok this place deserves a 5-star ¹but when corporate see what their competition is doing in terms of offering clean foods on... their menus and they acutely do go one step above then that's when ill give a 5-star rating in the meantime you the person thatis reading this review please don't stop yourself from visiting this place on account of this reviewers review and that'sbecause when you do head there you'll see that the place is very clean inside and outside the people that serve you and thosethat prepare your food are happy which equates to management that they need a par on there backs for doing a mighty fine job inall aspects of the restoronnt so story short don't hesitate in visiting the location cause it's one of the the nicer franchisesand believe me I've been to many a Mc D's in my time ok take care you the ready of this review k Jude Read more
