Drive thru experience was sub par. Waited for attendant to order. Another car pulled up to the second line and was served... immediately and pulled ahead. We waited some more. Finally ordered. They asked if we wanted to 2 bags for our meals. We said yesas we ordered 4 meals. Got to the window got one bad and everything was haphazardly thrown In. Fried everywhere amongst theburgers. Empty fry boxes. It was a mess. Food was not packed well at all. And it was not even busy. They could ha e taken thetime to stack the burgers on one side and the fries o the other or on top. Food is alright, nothing specular. Restaurant is full of trash, dirty pretty much everywhere. To be fair it is a larger... restaurant and they are probably short staffed. The play place structure is alright but they didn't turn on the light. Severalstaff walked by and were asked to switch it on but still off by the time we've left. Not recommended. Read more
I was once a manager at McDonald?s and I know from experience that during a lunch rush you should expect fresh food,... specifically the meat and fries, but the fries were soft and the meat had been sitting for probably 10 minutes before it wasserved. The meat should be hot and the fries should be crisp and they were not. Everything was warm but very much not fresh. Read more
This new McCrispy burger is horrible! It is dry and black . I think they use reused oil . The burger is totally different from... the picture in the ad. It is so HORRIBLE!!! Read more

Very nice and comfortable McDonald's. Dining area is clean and bright with big open windows. I enjoy eating there. The only... downfall is ... there are homeless and junkies at this location. The last photo is the police guided a junkie out. I would giveit 3.5 Statrs ??????? Read more
They have drive thru but decided to enter the store to order hoping it would be faster. Had to stand and wait in front of the... counter for 15 minutes like I did not exist they just ignore you and walks by so I ordered using their automated machinesinstead located beside the counter. I just wasted my 20 minutes waiting for my turn. Worst Mcdonald experience ever. I wouldavoid this location next time. Read more
Not run well at all. I watched a manager walk around with a clip board and completely ignoring the dining area garbage that was... still present from breakfast...and it was well after 1pm. For the first time ever my kids wouldn't each the chicken nuggetssaying they were disgusting, and thats from a five year old. It took 20 minutes to get my order placed as they were filling allthe door dash orders before dealing with customers in the restaurant. The play area hadn't been wiped, swept or cleaned in anyway for most of the day as pancakes could clearly be seen scattered in the floor. Staff appeared overwhelmed with their work andwere not receptive to my request to have the play area swept. This is what you get when kids are running the place. I would givezero stars if I could.
