This specific location, i dont know what's on their mind when they work, they are pro at messing up orders, instead of 2 double... double, they gave me 1 dbl dbl and 1 black coffee, and the same thing happened twice! Worst was just today, had requested forjust egg and cheese sandwich, (due to religious reasons we dont eat bacon) they gave me bacon egg muffin!! That was utterlydisgusting. I would love to give 0 but can't. The last 3 times we went there they would forget stuff in our order, so when we would go home... and see and have to spend more gas going back. Last time I was upset and I called and this manager or supervisor named maddi wasrude, usually customer is right and her wow. She told me that it looks like I make more mistakes than all of them, when theymissed stuff from our order. She said so much stuff will be reporting her to the head office. Read more

When we were at the drive-through our order had to be repeated multiple times because the person taking the order wasn't paying... attention and was rude.My order was 4 happy meals one without a patty since my son didn't like to eat it and a junior chickenmeal. When we pulled up to get our order the lady had added 4 extra cokes without our knowledge so we had paid for more than weordered and they did not provide a receipt either. When we came home to eat our food there was a patty in all the cheeseburgersso my son didn't eat the burger and was left hungry til we made him something else to eat they also did not provide any strawsso we had to drink the coke without straws which was unnecessarily troubling. I went through drive thru. Not my order but I was disgusted when I saw an employee hand the window girl a small fry no bag and... some of the fries fell in her hand and she picked them up no gloves and put the back it the fry bag, laid them on counter thenhanded me my smoothie. The person behind me who ordered these fries had no idea. I try to call them and no body answers. Icalled .3 times. That is unsanitary, and just gross. McDonald's is a great fast food restaurant. The food is always cooked fresh and tastes great. The service is usually quick and... friendly. I enjoy their variety of burgers and fries. The prices are very reasonable and they often have great deals. Therestaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I also like that they offer a variety of healthy options likesalads and fruit smoothies. I also appreciate that they offer a drive-thru option so I can get my food quickly. Overall, Ihighly recommend McDonald's for anyone looking for a quick, tasty and affordable meal. Read more
