Worst McDonald?s you could go to. First I went into the location. Waited for somebody to take my order for 10 minutes, then I... finally gave up and got in my car and went through the drive through. They took my order, I asked them to repeat it back to meas she took it rather quickly. Then she said ?ok? and I sat there and nothing. Then I asked again for her to repeat it back tome, she said it so fast I didn?t hear a word she said. I asked again to repeat it back to me, SLOWLY. Then she did. I caught onemistake already, large milkshake when I said medium. She corrected it. Then I get to the next window to pay. He repeats it backto me again. Then I get to the window. Sure enough a bunch of mistakes. 2 large fries when I said one large 2 mediums. Missingthe medium all together. Still have me the large milkshake. I told them they missed my medium fries, they told me I only paidfor 2. No kidding, can I have the medium fries I wanted? We?ll you?ll have to pay. I payed for the fries and told him howterrible the customer service was at the visit. Didn?t apologize, just handed me my fries with an attitude. I called as soon asI left the drive through to talk to the manager ?Rolina?. She said she?d only comp me one of my orders (the one they missed themedium fries on) when I spent $42 dollars on the entire order. Absolutely atrocious customer service. We went to a drive thru last night Nov. 03 Wednesday to buy my kids a 20 pieces chicken nuggets and fries. I used my offer for a... free drinks then they scan on the 1st window. When we went through the 2nd window to pick up our order the crew was so rude. Shetold us they don't have my free drinks on the order so I told them that the 1st window scanned it. So she gave the drinks to usin a rude way without asking us which kind of drinks we like. She gave us COKE???? I asked her what kind it is and told them myson want iced tea. Hi sorry to report this but. Ent to McDonald?s on a Thursday night and got a cold cheeseburger along with the chicken crisper... cold so I went back to the drive-through and asked for new ones because they were both cold and they said they?ll give me freshones I got the order I got a cheeseburger with no pickles no sauces, just buns and meat and then I got the crisper with no meatin it just two buns with lettuce and some mayo. Yeah they were warm but they had no ingredients so I?m sorry to report thisMcDonald?s and their management does not really care what we eat. It?s not a surprise sorry guys. Read more

Went inside and ordered - about 15 people in the entire place and they were already eating. Put my order in at 6:06pm. Simple... order - cheeseburger, small fries, small drink with cone to go. Not exactly a huge order or too complex. Waited. Waited. Waited.At 6:20pm asked what was up and how long it was going to take and got told just 2 more minutes. At 6:25pm I asked for a refundas it shouldn't really take this long. After the staff member said to me about getting the refund I asked for - suddenly myorder turns up. Leave at 6:26pm. Get to the car which was a 20 second walk from the door - the cheeseburger looked as though itwas thrown together from three shops away and was pretty much cold, the fries were just under lukewarm and the coke zero hadvery little flavoured syrup. I couldn't go back inside and talk to staff about this as I had other places to be and didn'texpect to wait 20 minutes for a simple cheeseburger. Glad it's called fast food. Won't be back to here - would probably try theA&W next door instead. Now I just need to do the feedback on McDonalds site to make them aware of how terrible this visit was. Read more

This is usually a good location. Sometimes a little busy but you don't have to go through the drive-thru you can also have them... bring it to your parked car. I did have them forget about me once, but they more than made it up to me by getting me free food.Still an awesome company. Read more

Fast food not really fresh and not hot half the time. When ever we ask for extra onions they throw it all over the bun and it... completely allover the place in the wrapper, which happens like 90% of the time so. Now I go to Wendy's and have no complaintsthere. Read more

I clearly asked if they have ?pineapples? and the ?free book? available today. The answer was ?yes.? And the end, pineapple was... missing. They gave me two copies of the same book. What should I do with two copies? Read book A and then book B with my child??The receipt reads ?Toy with Meal? and ?1 Book Only.? It doesn?t reflect the truth. Read more

Would totally give zero stars if possible. My brother and I went here at 9 pm. We ordered 4 junior chickens, a 20 piece chicken... nuggets, and 2 ice coffees from the drive thru. My brother wanted to buy me a coffee with some of the ingredients altered thathe gets at a different location often and says it is much better than the original caramel ice coffee. We had gotten our coffeesand then were directed to pull up and park and wait for our food. My brother mixed up our coffees and i gave a reaction that hedid not expect. I quickly offered him some and he realized they had messed up. A few minutes later one of the employees came byand gave us our food. We told the worker what happened and he agreed to go bring us another one free of charge. We had waitedfor over 40 minutes but we didn't get our coffees. Reminder only 2 ice coffees. We tried getting a few workers attention butthey did not see us. Eventually we were tired and first were about to leave but later decided to go inside and get our coffees.We went inside and the cashier apologized and proceeded to charge us. My brother and i argued that we shouldn't have to paybecause 1) they messed up our order and 2) we waited over 40 minutes for 2 iced coffees. The cashier later understood and saidthat she would create it a urgent order or something so that we would get our coffees first before any order is sent out. Wewaited for another 15 minutes and 5 orders were given before the cashier came back and asked if we had gotten our 2 icedcoffees. She called out to the rest of the staff if she could get those 2 iced coffees right away and a employee even said "onit". We waited another 5 minutes just wanting to go home and finally the cashier was fed up and made our coffees and gave themto us. We were so disappointed considering the fact that this location is our go to and we have always ignored any mistakes orsomething like that. My brother and i went home and it was horrible.
