Went here with my friend and about 10 people who ordered the same thing as us, after we ordered, got served first. Then when we... got our drinks (small orange juice, small smoothie) mine was only half filled, I was told it was because I got a small orangejuice, even though my friends smoothie (the cup was full) was also a small. This place is disgusting!! After asking for a fresh burger and receiving leather at best, to waiting 10 mins for a replacement... as I watch it sit there, being ignored. To being absolutely repulsed at the conditions of the prep area as the manager ignoresmy request to speak with her. Yes ma?am, I as well would ashamed to be standing in the middle of such filth making peoples food.You should be fired as should every single person on that shift! Have some pride! Do not eat here. Every single time I come to this location they seem to mess up my order somehow. If I ask for no onion, every time they still... put onions on the burger. They miss items that I pay for consistently, and the staff doesn?t care one bit. Very poorly ranlocation, best bet is to drive past this location and stop at another McDonald?s. Read more
Busy location. Was clean though. Only thing I find is that they are working more on delivery and drive through then those in... person! Also nobody at the till for quite some time...all workers in the back! One more thing I didn't find right is that oneguy got his food to go and paid for a bag...he said may I please get a bag with handles..the girl said they don't do that..after the guy left..the next take out orders all had the handles. The worst place to eat at. Hygiene and cleanliness zero, staff so lazy and rude? waited for about 15-20 minutes to place an... order although there was no one in line in front of us. There were about 12 staff members and still took about half an hour toprepare the meal. Nobody was wearing hairnet or caps. There was litter all around the place. This is what you are serving!! Well Messing up with the order is best hobby of this location. I mean guys you are saving your sauces due to inflation or what I... mean Do you think this burger can be eaten out?? They gave me a cheeseburger that was raw and distracted me by no onions until asking for them then biting right into it without... realizing it was raw. That caused me injury headaches, stomach cramps; and when complaining they told me they would make me anew burger??!!??!? I called their guest relations and they tried offering me coupons and free stuff but this is not addressingthe elephant in the room such as safety concern or how ALL safeguards in place failed me. Also the guest relations tried to ACTfriendly and would be in contact with the restaurant in 20-30 days about the issue?. Many concerns here since then my headachesonly subsided with pills. The people who are running this place are working in casual clothing and show no interest in speed orcleanliness! There was no refund or attempt to contact me since this all happened only the initial screening from their guestrelations. Bah not the reputation that this company has been known for! Should be a 0. Manager does not know anything about customer services unless its her friends. Giving them free food and chatting... with them the whole time. 3 people could not take 1 order and still messed it up. When brought back the manager gave attitude.
