Ordered two happy meals and one fillet meal, literally everything was so cold, you could tell the nuggets and fillet was sitting... there for ages! Came home after picking up an order from drive through which i waited 28 minutes?.and i got this. Very disappointed.
Went in for the washroom which pretty clean inside because a staff was tidying up everywhere when we walked in. Then drive... through to order foods. I heard my husband ordered foods pretty clear but they forgot one of it and said he didn't order. I am not by any means a regular here but I do often come to this location late at night around 1030pm as I do shift work. The... store manager/supervisor at that time is exceptional. He is very helpful and super friendly and always seems to keep his coolthrough the craziness of having to deal with some wack jobs around that location I?m Pretty sure. I ordered quarter pounder with cheese extra onions and pickles for a senior client of mine. When I gave her the sandwich and... she opened it it had the dehydrated onions all over the box all over the place and that?s not what?s on a quarter pounder withcheese not to mention the sandwich was disgustingly cold. I tried to call them over and over and either goes to fax machine orit hangs out they don?t answer the phone so I called corporate and saw the complaint I had to physically go back to McDonald?sand pick up this lunch for my client on my money. my food is so cold. I got charged twice through the app and from the lady at the booth. instead of helping me she said I need to... pay. I waited 15 wish mins for gross old food. even got my ice coffee wrong. That restaurant don't even deserve a star ( 0 out of 10). The crew didn't know how to behave with their guests. I visited many... restaurants people are so polite, helpful and friendly but that the hell place I ever had visited. When I ordered my food Imention that I need fresh fries and I can wait because I saw some ready fries over there.
