I met a honest waitress at there and I remembered her forever. Maybe she was a manager at there longtime ago. I paid cash... which was $100 but I was used to pay credit card. Large play place structure with dining area of its own. Great place for young kids to hang out. Cleanliness is soso, floor does... not seem to be frequently mopped. Trash can was overflowing and did not appear to be monitored regularly. There is a washroomwithin the play place but always locked. Read more
Pretty clean and new place. The decorations on the walls are also pretty cool. Ordered sundaes for my kids using mobile app and... the service prompt. I wish there were more softer seating like a sofa but it is pretty spacious with a lot of seating. The playplace is also good. The seating could be improved as there is lot of open space but seating is cramped on one side. Would liketo go there again as my kids liked it. Read more
SEPTEMBER 16, 2022: ORDERED 17 ITEMS VIA UBER EATS! RECEIVED 3 ITEMS FRIES NOT IN BOX BUT BUTTOM OF BAG PROBABLY EATEN BY... DRIVER! 2 BIG MACS NO MEAT! TRIED CALLING RESTAURANT 7x THEY JUST HANG UP EACH TIME!! THIS IS SECOND TIME FROM THIS PLACE MYORDER IS INCORRECT! Ordered three iced coffees and waited 45m+ to receive a large fries, chicken nuggets and a soda. When trying to call them they... would pick up the phone just to turn it off. Do not order from here. Read more
Food was good and hot. But, there wasn't one clean table in the restaurant and garbages were overflowing. There were only 3... people dining in when I was there. The staff didn't seem to have any urgency to clean the lobby. I had to use napkins to cleanmy table. 2 staff that looked to be supervisors finished their shift, put on their jackets, walked through the dirty lobby andleft. A customer walking by my table said to his partner "this place is a dump it should be closed down". This unit certainlyneeds re- training on cleanliness. Read more
Spicy chicken habenero Overly sauced, made the wrong order first and then just scraped it off to make it "correct" absolutely... disgusting and a waste of money. Absolute dump! Completely missed the burger in one of the two meals I ordered. When I went to the counter to ask for it the lady... said it wasn?t on my order despite it being on my receipt and the print out on the bag they gave our food in, which they clearlydid not pay attention to. When I showed her this she did give me what I was missing. Garbages over flowing, tables not cleaned.Not one person wearing gloves WHILE HANDLING/PREPPING BURGERS. Very poor customer service skills.
