Staff misentered my gift card number and flat out told me that it is not activated. After being shown the gift card receipt, she... asked when and where I purchased it and made zero effort to recheck the balance. The balance showed in full on the mucho burritowebsite and I showed this to a second staff who said "spend it next time". I told them I would but at another location. Verypoor customer service. Have been coming here for some time for bowls, burritos, tacos and quesadillas. The staff are friendly. The portions are good -... although they've decreased over time. If you want the shrimp, you'll likely have to call ahead to ensure it's cooked and readyto go. Read more

I had an awful experience here. I never write reviews usually but this time i had to cuz the burritos we got from here were just... awful..The quantity and quality isn?t worth it. 1. The wrap tortilla?s were super dry. 2. Rice were hard as rock (not edible)you basically need steel teeth to chew em. 3. The quantity as compared to other locations was really less. 4. 2 stars for delicious food but there are some reasons why it lacks 3 stars. 1. Small portions of toppings compare to other... locations. 2. Salsa and sour packaging is very low, at other locations they give you full size cup of it. 3.Customer service isbad , when i asked them why there's on 3/4 cup of salsa and sour cream, they didn't listen and act rudely with me so i stoppedthe conversation, i don't wanna fight on it. Real fresh and tasty good stuff they really do make everything in ???? they don't grow the vegetables though lol but you can... definitely taste the difference in freshness and the hot salsa is ???? like really hot ???? jalapeno ????.. I had the chicken???? bowl with mild and hot salsa, corn ????, beans and sour cream.
