Please don?t waste your time to order anything from here. Worst customer service. The way of taking order on phone call is... worst. I order pizza over a phone and the girl asked for my home address, i asked why she needs home address because we do notwant home delivery she said still we need home address i gave her my home address. At a pick up time my husband gave same homeaddress a girl on counter said they don?t have any order with that address. So he came outside and called again and asked fororder. A person on phone call said our order is ready. I don?t think they even know how to handle orders or how to helpcustomers with problems. Read more
Come here often for pizza but the last two times I came here me and my family and I got food poisoning. The last time I had it... my brother got food poisoning and went to the hospital. I called them and informed them about this they told me the managerwould call me becuase I requested a refund. I never got a call and when I called back they kept saying the manager is not hereeven when I called back at the times they told me to. Very disappointed will not be coming back here again. Read more
This pizza place is horrible. The quality of pizza is horrible and the service of the people working at the Newton location have... zero customer service skills. We ordered 3 pizzas and all three were made wrong and when we called back to ask about why thepizzas were made wrong and what they could do for us, they hung up on us multiple times and we?re being rude. Upon callingagain, they told us ?don?t call back? and we?re not providing us with their managers information or allowing us to speak to aperson of higher authority. They told us to come into the back and make the pizza ourselves. This is the 2nd time we had ahorrible experience with them. DO NOT VISIT NEWTON PIZZA on 128 location. Compare to price pizza quality is very low. Ordered large butter chicken pizza and its taste like mix veg sabzi rather than... piZza. And also got stomachache after eating it. Read more
I'm a regular customer but last night I was very disappointed with my pizza. Second slice in for first 20 seconds i thought i... was eating a onion peel. But no i had to pull it out to see and it was a Clear plastic size of a bandage. Very nasty and I'mdisturbed. I did call and told them. I ordered medium pizza ... without olives and I came from Burnaby. When I called to let them know that I am allergic with it... they wasn't agreed on it even though I shred pictures with olive on pizza. Never never recommend to anyone..... Worstexperience ever.... Read more

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE We have been ordering here for over 15 years and love the pizza until lately. The pizza cost us... average 50 dollars for 2 large pizzas. This evening the pizza came burnt on top so I called expecting them to replace it. Firstthey denied the pizza is burnt, said the manager would call me back tomorrow, wanted a picture of the pizza. After a lengthyconversation they said they would not replace the pizza. Needless to say that is the last time we order pizza from this horribleestablishment with the worst customer service. Read more
