Super hardworking and efficient staff. It got busy and they were working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Through the... rush hour they asked me what my order was just to make sure I wasn't waiting long, and they tried to get it to me as quickly aspossible. Their food is also absolutely delicious. Omg, I am done trying. This the second Opa in Surrey I waste my money again today. I am done pretending they are a Greek... restaurant. I ordered a calamari and Opa fries today at this central city location. The calamari was paper spice, lot of crumbsand the fries was no different than other fast food restaurants. No because it is in a food court to just something withouttaste. Wasted my money.. Read more

Service is painfully slow at this food court location. It was between lunch and dinner time and there was only one other... customer in front of me. There were three staff hanging out doing prep and took them over 5 minutes to even acknowledge thecustomers. They were more focused on chatting with each other and the prep. My chicken souvlaki was dry from not payingattention and leaving it longer on the grill. The Greek salad was so so in flavour but at least it was fresh. Zero customerservice, so greeting, no smile. Just caught one of your employees with his butt placed on the same counter food is prepared on. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe... this kind of service from your employees is why this franchise is so unpopular? I certainly would never order food from here.I'll be forwarding this same photograph along with a very critical email to the CFIA. Expect an inspection in the not so distantfuture. If I were the manager of this branch I'd have a very serious talk with this guy on his future employment here. Read more
I think every food chain here in surrey central tastes bad. The Tzatziki is too sour or tangy and has a bitter taste in it. The... gyro meat is dry and dehydrated. The customer service is not bad though. But I?m definitely not eating here again. Read more
