The owners of this Pizza Hut in cloverdale are terrible! The pizza comes with the absolute minimal of toppings compared to other... locations. I ordered 3 pizzas which cost me 60$ a few weeks ago and today I ordered the same pizzas and they tried to charge me75$. These people will do anything to rip you off! Read more
Pizza Hut, Cloverdale, BC charged my credit card TWICE for one (1) online order in May, 2022. I saw that in my credit card... statement and called that store. After delaying a response for a week,PH called to say that the amount would be credited back tomy credit card account. Has not happened yet.I reported to the bank. Not resolved to date. If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. We ordered online and waited over an hour and a half. Called them and said they... sent our order to another location. Took forever to try to get a hold of the different locations and learnt that our order wasnever sent. We were STARVING by then. No apology or follow up to our order. Thank God we didnt pay in advance for our order. Horrible customer service for all of Pizza hut. Thoroughly not impressed. Read more
Went in the evening with kids. The guy Rizwan had no idea what customer service is. The guy is so proud and talks like he is the... busiest person in the world and has no respect for in-store customers. Would never go back there or recommend anyone.
