Saturday night at 12:30 am - half hour before they closed I tried to order pizza online but could not log in. I used Skip (I... don't like to use it due to the premium) and was able to order my pizzas right away. It took a while but after 1 am the skipdriver showed up with one of the three pizzas and it was a ham and pineapple that clearly had been sitting around for an houror two. The other two pizzas were no where to be seen. The skip driver swore that they only gave him one. I tried calling Panagobut they were closed. The 4 of us ate one slice of the terrible pizza and then just went to macs to get some better food. Icalled Panago when they were open and was told that it was a Skip the dishes problem. I have written Skip several times with noresponse. So I basically paid $80 for one not very good pizza. I really like panago pizza but this experience was to muchfor me and I will try a competitor. Panago has always done me well, and this franchise location is no exception. I've ordered over a hundred times from this... location, usually custom creations or modified menu pizzas, and they've only made a mistake once, and they made things rightvery quickly when pointed out. We ordered a large Hawaiian and it tasted raw. There were plenty of toppings but the dough was chewy and flat and not cooked.... The crust was barely higher than the rest of the pizza, almost non existent, and we ordered regular crust not thin crust. Wehadn?t had Panago pizza for a while so maybe they changed their recipe but I don?t think I?ll order from there again. They didgive us a free pizza but it was the same as the first. Maybe they had a bad batch of dough that didn?t rise? Read more
I don't know if there is new management or what but they barely put any toppings on our pizzas and ignored the request for extra... cheese. Definitely not going back here. Waste of $75. Read more
If you enjoy pizza with barely any toppings or sauce then this place is for you. If you enjoy flat thin pizza with no crust ,... then this place is for you. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra ham and pineapple and it had 4 slices of ham on the wholepizza , there were slices of pizza that had absolutely no ham on it . I've contacted Panago about this and they offered me afree pizza, which I wouldn't ever go back for . I'd honestly rather get my money back , which never happened. Trust me avoidthis place. Read more
Our first time trying Panago Pizza. Staff were pleasant and order was quick. The two large thin crust pizzas had good tasty... toppings, but the thin crust were very tough. The one issue that worried me was the staff preparing food did not have masks on.I would not buy pizza here again. Sorry as the crew seemed hard working, but this was the first food service place that staffhaven't worn masks. Read more
I ordered a custom pizza with extra mozzarella, extra mozza-cheddar blend, and extra cheddar, and usually Panago skimps on the... cheese and you end up with basically a regular pepperoni pizza. However, this Panago nailed it, they put SO MUCH cheese on mypizza and it was awesome. They probably thought they messed up because of how much cheese they put on it but I loved it. Ifevery Panago did it like this, I would give them more money than I already do. Read more
