We used to order from this place for a long time, as we live very close by. Never ever had issues with them for couple of years... now (Altho, I do think the owner changed recently? idk.. ) But when I ordered "Large Original Crust Fiery Buffalo ChickenPizza", something tasted off like how it would when one of the ingredients go bad. Other pizza that we got was fine. Maybe onionor chicken went bad idk.. Anyways, I told them about it, and they apologized of course, but did not do anything to make itright. I feel like they should've gave us the refund or something. We were very sad that this happened as it ruined our night :(probably not ordering from this place again knowing they don't use fresh ingredients. Read more
Their website has good discount deals for pick up orders. It took them about 15 min. to get our one large pizza ready for pick... up. Ingredients were fresh, though I kind of wished they added a little more of the toppings. Read more
used to be a pretty good pizza BUT NOT ANYMORE The last pizzas i ordered was the worst pizzas ever ! i Called and complained to... manager about the pizza with a picture of pizzas. He said he will put 2 pizzas credit for the next order. but when i order the 2pizzas, he denied it. he was actually acting like he never heard my complaint. but after he checked his note book for thecustomer's complaints then said "i know nothing about the credit. but for the good customer service i will charge you only onepizza." ????? what is that means????? He will just give me a free pizza for good customer service????? or he found mycomplaint on the note book with 2 pizza credit but he can not say he found the note... I have heard a lot about Papa John's but for the first time got chance to experience it. I didn't find any balance in the... toppings and informed that generally customers like it that way. Next time if I go, I will express my preference in detail for abetter experience. Taste wise, there wasn't anything distinctive to award it accordingly and the same goes for the price. It canbe more competitive to attract patrons. Staff was nice and tried to make it up with everything that was possible for them atthat point. So why not give them another chance. Read more
The pizza's good, but ask for the daily specials for better pricing. Service / wait time is exactly what was told. Quick... turnaround between order and the pie being ready. They seem to do a booking business with Skip The Dishes & Uber Eats. Read more
GOT VERY SICK from the pizza. Two of us ate their pizza on Saturday. My partner was sick Saturday, I continue to be sick. This... is not the Papa John's taste you expect, agree with reviews below, toppings fall off from the pizza. Most importantly, somethingis very off for people to become this sick. Read more
