Owner would not accept papa johns promo code and said he will lose money and cancelled my order after I had arrived to pick it... up. The code was given to me by the operations manager at papa johns to use at any location. Placed an order at 5:30pm. It is now 7:30pm and my order has still not arrived even though Manpreet the delivery driver... supposedly left the store an hour ago with my food. I?m unsure why it is taking Manpreet so long to deliver my pizza. The staffat the store cannot give me an answer to where the driver/my food is or when it will arrive. DO not go to this location it is unsanitary customer service Agent was on her personal phone the whole time I was there and... handling my food on top of that rude as well. First it took over an hour and a half for it to arrive (not the first time it's been late) and then she gets here, no discount... for the long wait. THEN her point of sale machine wasn't working and I'll have to go downstairs again because she doesn't knowhow to use intercom and then the pizza was so so. I ordered double cheese because I know they're stingy on the cheese and therestill wasn't enough cheese. I only ordered from there because my favorite pizza restaurant was closed. My friend and I used topick up pizza and have it delivered from Pappa John's but have been disappointed too many times. This order broke the camelsback. Read more
Good pizza, Staff were nice. Clean interior with tables and chairs outside. Good food for a ok price.
Came here on a Friday early evening to pick up my food after placing an order online. When I got there they were not finished... with my order and one of the female staff members said to give them 10 minutes after she verified the queue. When I got back 20minutes later, I still had to wait about 7 minutes more. A male staff came with my order ans asked me several times if I hadpaid. I said yes each time I was asked then explained that it was placed online then another male staff member came said, "omg Iam so sorry, please take no offense... the guy doesn't know what he is talking about." Pizza is great. But making an online order I was over charged $5 by them because the girl serving me said that the computer... didn?t say it was a deal from online which it clearly stated on the box. Went back the next day and got my difference. The foodis good just be aware of what your are paying. Read more
