Been to this location multiple times and I usually get a mango smoothie with pearls. I usually have a positive experience but... the last 3 times I’ve been here the pearls have been cold and not cooked properly — they have been hard in the center anddon’t fit through the straw because there all stuck together. Customer service is okay, if you come here during the day duringbusy hours, you’ll sometimes be waiting 10+ minutes for one drink. Prices aren’t that great, but if you only come here onein a while I guess it’s alright to spend $7 for one drink. I would highly recommend other bubble tea shops in Guildford mallor around the area — good taste and much cheaper Edit: they claim that if you email them you’ll get customer service help,but they don’t respond to their emails. Love pearl fever! Always make my drink consistently well and never have any complaints. They have milk alternatives as well... which is a huge plus! Staff are friendly, service has always been very fast for me even during busy times. I recommend thislocation! Read more

Best bubble tea in the Guildford area. I love mixing flavours to see what they taste like and honestly, the workers there really... have learned how to mix well so it always tastes good. Customer service is personable as well and I like the feeling of beingwelcomed every time I come in. Read more
