I ordered 2 personal pizzas? and the wait time was 15 mins. After 15 mins when I went there to grab pizzas they told me one of... them fell on floor so, for a new one I have to wait another 10 min, which I did. I had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Hut recently and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and I was impressed... with the variety of toppings and crust options. The delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. The online ordering systemwas easy to use and the customer service was excellent. The quality of the food was great and the price was reasonable. I woulddefinitely recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a great pizza experience. The overall experience was fantastic and I willdefinitely be ordering from Pizza Hut again in the near future. I have been here a few times. October 1st I bought a small pizza ($17.42, paid $18) and was not given any change. When I brought... this to the server's attention, she repeatedly told me that I didn't pay enough and tried to make it sound as if she was doingme a favor by letting me have the pizza anyway, right in front of what looked like the manager (who said nothing). While I was(eventually) given my due change, it took several attempts to convince the server. They have gotten my orders wrong THREE TIMES now. I order a personal pizza with no cheese and beyond meat for my kids and they... keep giving me onions and banana peppers on them even when I clearly said JUST SAUCE AND BEYOND CRUMBLE. Are they not listeningor just don't know English enough to work here ?! It the same clerk taking my order the three times... I'm not ordering hereanymore ! Really disappointed in this location. I normally get delivery from another location but it's farther. I went to the closer... location and my fiance went to pick up our order somehow the pizza was removed from the online order when I placed it so heordered a large pepperoni lover. The sauce was sparse. Normally when I get pepperoni lover or double pepperoni it goes sauce, pepperoni, cheese, then more pepperoni. The stuffed crust cheese inside seemed like it was frozen because it was flat on theinside and not gooey like melted cheese should be. Plus the crust seemed like it was thin crust. Super disappointed as my go toplace for pizza is pizza hut over domino's and Panago. I don't see myself ever getting food from this specific location again. Read more
I ordered a large pepperoni lovers and a medium meat lovers for pick up. My mistake for not looking at them while still at the... restaurant! There was barely any cheese on either of the pizzas. When I called to complain I was told "we used the amount as setby the company". I have had pizza hut many many times and I have never gotten pizzas like these. You can see the red sauce andthe crust a lot easier then you can the cheese. I will not be returning to pizza hut! There are lots of alternatives that willput cheese on the pizza! Read more
