Usually this is a great location but on a busy Friday night Pizza was under cooked (but not enough for a replacement/refund)

Pizza Hut from here is usually really good but I?m highly disappointed that I payed $50 with a $8 tip and I ended up getting... pizza I couldn?t even finish the first slice?. Good customer service on the phone. Pizza came way late. Quotes 45 min came 1:30h. Also the pizza I got had clearly been siting... on a heater for some time. I still tipped the driver as the pizza came within 5 min after I had to call. I worked at pizza shopfor years. Many of my family has too when we were younger. I'm sure it was busy. Something went wrong and the delivery gotdelayed. It happens. To be honest if I didn't have a hungry 2 year old daughter I wouldn't have cared much. Pizza was notfresh. It should have been remade. Pizza being late not a big deal. Didn't get offered anything for the Will order again andI'm sure it will be on time and I will update my rating. Edit** Manager called and offered me a favor next time I order. So Iwill upgrade from my 2 to 3. It's not what we do that matters our clients will never know what we do for them. But they willalways remember how they felt. Getting a call does make me feel better. Also assures me that next time will most likely bebetter. Read more
I love this little Pizza Hut in the small, restaurant center setup for all the warehouse workers. I love how I can sit down... while I wait for my food and the server will hand it to me personally. I believe they are only working during daytime hours andclosed on weekends, they are there to cater to the warehouse workers, so don't expect to order from them on a Saturday night,their menu also is designed for their in and out clientele.
