Pizza Hut in general is just ?meh?, but this one seems to be on the higher end of it. This location prepares fresh, quick, and... edible pizza. But ultimately i find their product bland, skimpy on toppings and cheese, and expensive compared to thecompetition (like the other big pizza chain across the street for example) Read more
My pizza order was acurate, I was given a deal on the price, it arrived very quickly and hot. I have no complaints! Of course,... if the store is understaffed, there will be delays. I get that. But the food is right, it's good, and it's hot. Great customerservice and staff! Read more
Picked up a small cheese pizza for my kids yesterday. They don't like pop and I forgot to buy water. When I got to the car my 4... year old told me his water bottle was empty so I run back with his empty water bottle and ask the lady (who I assumed is asupervisor as she was doing something on the computer to tje side) I said, can you please fill up this bottle with tap water.She replies, we don't have water. I said.. so how do you wash yours hands? I just need tap water from your sink. She answeredwe don't have a sink like that. You have to buy water.I get it. She didn't want to give me water but why? Called the shop after pizza was 20min late. Store owner advised they were very busy and stated they remade our order as it was... late. Pizza arrived 35min later, cold along with the rest of the order. If your busy tell the customer, if you can?t keep toyour commitment don?t lie to the customer. Won?t be back in a long time! Very poor customer service skills. Lady at front taking order may be supervisor or manager don't know how to behave with... customers. Yesterday , I order personal pizza and after waiting for 25 mins they made it wrong. I ordered chicken but they gaveme beef. So I called them firstly very rude on phone and told me come to store. I went there trying to explain her what's wrongwith order. She threw fault on me and told me I gave wrong order. She also claim that they are very busy that's why made wrongorder. She started yelling and saying don't fight like seriously " I paid for my food and got that wrong" explain it meansfighting. I don't recommend this location. Here is a pic of the veggie lovers pizza that we ordered tonight. Safe to say they cheaped out... on the toppings, and even the cheese in some spots. Won't be ordering from here again. Read more
I usually go to scott road and 70 ave Pizza hut, since we moved to panorama area I ordered from this location - really cheap on... veggies and delivery guy was so rude , i said hello and thnq to him he didn?t evn gave smile.
