When making a large order through Pizza Pizzas central call centre, there was an error where the order wasn?t pushed through to... the store front (probably because of the size of the order). I arrived and my large order wasn?t ready as the store neverreceived it. It was also 30min till closing time. The staff at the 104Ave store was amazing, and made the 12 large pizzas forme in record time at the end of their shift. It is third time in row that this specific restaurant made the worst pizza ever . it was 2 xl 4 topping pizza with chicken and... i was able to see was only a few pieces of chicken and the half of the pizza was only bread . when i asked the guy working therewhy it is like this ?he said that?s how we make it ? . he was very rude at the same moment . customer service offered me 3$ asa compensation for the both pizzas . is it making any sense? Wow incredibly sad that the old worker (east indian guy) is no longer at this location. I am not a pizza pizza person but... decided to order here several times after this location opened down the street from my place. The food was always hot, fresh andgreat customer service. Came in today, ordered a slice to go and was given it cold. I asked to have it reheated longer, the newguy told me he didn?t want to burn it. I never had this problem with the old guy. All the pizza on display looked very old notfresh and definitely needed to be reheated. He proceeded to heat it a bit longer but still gave it to me cold? The slices aremade much thinner now and he handed it to me with the box soaking wet full of water from his hands. Never again will I come backhere. Back to pizza hut it is. Read more
I know pizza pizza gets a lot of hate on the east coast, but to be honest the pizza from this particular branch is pretty... amazing. I ordered from ubereats an XL Hawaiian (yes I ?? pineapple on pizza) and added some extra toppings: chicken shawarmaand roasted red peppers. Pizza was huge and toppings tasted great! The pineapples on this pizza were pretty large compared toother Hawaiian pizzas from other pizza joints, which isn?t a bad thing. ???? I also liked the tamper proof box idea that thepizza came in. It gives me a peace of mind that apart from the pizza chefs who made my pizza, I?m the only one who gets dibs onit?I guess it?s kinda like a chastity belt for pizzas. It tastes somewhat similar to fresh slice pizza but I would probablyrate this franchise higher than fresh slice pizza. Oh yea they also give you the option to choose your crust type as well ascook doneness which is excellent. I recommend choosing well done if you plan to add a lot of toppings so you can avoid soggycrust. Read more
Was my first time ever having Pizza Pizza and it did not disappoint. They had a $7.99 special for medium. Dominos is normally my... go to but this was even better. I?ll probably be back frequently even at regular price. Read more
Was very disappointed. Paid $26 before tax and tip for this pizza. Very skimpy on the toppings, cheese was on the bottom and the... toppings got dried out and rubbery. Asked for thick crust pizza but it was the average crust thickness if that of thecompetitors. Cheese and toppings were more than 2 inches away from the edge of the crust in places. Hardly any pizza sauce atall. Flavor was quite bland. Delivery driver was great and very professional though. Read more

When I walked in these two Indian guys walked out I went and stood in line and when it was my turn the two Indian guys came back... in and went to the front counter at which point the staff helped them first, I tried saying something but was ignored, once the2 left I brought it up with the staff who just told me it was my fault and that he thought I was with them. My skin colour maybe brown but I am not Indian nor was I with these guys at all, after stating that the Staff said he did nothing wrong. This isterrible customer service.
