Definitely have tried my fair share of bubble tea places... but Presotea takes the cake! Their bubble tea is absolutely... timeless! My personal favourite (after much deliberation) would have to be the summer fruit tea. Their tea is brewed fresh andthe toppings are always delicious. They also have bubble waffles which go hand and hand with the drinks! They take a few minutesto make since they are made fresh, but it's definitely worth the little wait (+ the smell of fresh waffles in the store is todie for!) I've taken a few of my friends here and I recommend talking to the staff if you can't decide since they are superhelpful and accommodating! This place is Tea-rrific !! :D Read more

Looking for a place to cool off? Look no further! This is the place to get the best drinks. What?s great about presotea is that... there?s a variety of different bbt to really suit to your liking and if you?re unsure of what to choose the staff is reallyknowledgeable about the products. What makes the bbt different here is that everything is freshly made (brewed on the spot!) andthey even use fresh fruits in their slushes ???? I personally LOVE and recommend the cloud series as it tastes and looks soamazing! Rumour also has it that the gelato here is from Mario?s gelati so definitely worth to grab some if you?re here! Service definitely depends on who you get, sometimes the person is sharp and nice, and this one person messed up my order but... they fixed it so that was nice. Other times, they really look apathetic and slow. They?re usually not too slow with making thedrinks though, it takes like 5-14 minutes depending on how busy it is. The taste is ok, it?s not the worst bubble tea I?ve hadbut I get it after work so it tastes better lol. I think they use powder for the drinks I?ve ordered (taro milk tea, mango milktea, strawberry cloud). I do not reccomend the mango milk tea. The pearl texture is what I like, they don?t stick and they?rechewy but soft. Read more
Great selection, friendly staff and great taste! This was one of my first in mall experiences post covid, and I was nervous... because of the crowds. Thankfully, Presotea has limits on the people allowed inside as well are super fast to ensure you're inand out, with what you've ordered. My experience was great, staff were quick and attentive and got me my stuff quick! Willcome again. Read more
Brown sugar tea is pretty solid here, but there is a fair amount of ice in it. If you don't like ice be sure to ask for less... ice. They have a pretty decent selection of bubble tea here (see menu). One nice thing that they have here is a tumbler (goodfor cold bbt) where you can buy this for $15.99 and your first drink is free. All refills after that with the tumbler will be$0.25 off your purchase. Read more
