The food is actually good here. But I am so disappointed with the overall structure of this restaurant. Its Diwali. And nobody... picks call, I came to shop, Nobody is in front. I ringed the bell 2-3 times then a girl came. She was exhausted. She was Runningfrom one place to another. Up down. Working alone. Please add some extra staff to help her. Some customers waited and left infront of me because the restaurant had nobody to talk to. Cost cutting is good, but not that much that even on Diwali u r havingjust 1 girl in front. I ordered dinner from this place ! It included butter chicken ( felt like rubber ) , mix veg ( only okra and uncooked potato) ,... I was supposed to get dal makhani but instead got chickpeas . Ohhh! the weird part Paneer pkora it was cream in color and hardto eat ?Couldn?t even chew .From first time trying this restaurant to never trying it again . I used to go to this shop only for veg food because the nveg food is not that great here but i don't go to this shop anymore. I... want to give zero stars for customer service. First you have to wait for a long time for somebody to come and attend you. Iwanted to order something in bulk so i visited this shop on 20 oct 2022 but there was this girl who refused to give me the orderas per the menu prices. She was charging me per person instead of giving me their veg package. So i ordered the food fromgateway pizza 76 and the food was amazing. They even provide home delivery for a very little cost.Very disappointed and i willnever visit this shop again. Read more
