The food is actually good here. But I am so disappointed with the overall structure of this restaurant. Its Diwali. And nobody... picks call, I came to shop, Nobody is in front. I ringed the bell 2-3 times then a girl came. She was exhausted. She was Runningfrom one place to another. Up down. Working alone. Please add some extra staff to help her. Some customers waited and left infront of me because the restaurant had nobody to talk to. Cost cutting is good, but not that much that even on Diwali u r havingjust 1 girl in front. Very disappointing. We are purchasing food from you, respect our time please. No matter how tasty yourfood is, I will think many times before coming again. Read more
worst food ever, first time tried surely last time too.. everything is super stale.. noodle burger 'patty was so hard to chew,... bun was garbage, veg chownein were fulled with paneer and awful taste.. food also gave me stomach pain.. wanted to sue them.. Read more

I ordered dinner from this place ! It included butter chicken ( felt like rubber ) , mix veg ( only okra and uncooked potato) ,... I was supposed to get dal makhani but instead got chickpeas . Ohhh! the weird part Paneer pkora it was cream in color and hardto eat ?Couldn?t even chew .From first time trying this restaurant to never trying it again . Tried this restaurant and I have nothing but good things to say. As you can see from the picture, there?s a lot of different... dishes on the image below. I enjoyed the butter chicken, fish and garlic naan the most. It was absolutely my favourite. All ofthe dishes were phenomenal but those were my top 3. The chicken was moist in all of the dishes, the garlic naan had garlic bitsin it which was shocking because not many restaurants do that and the rice had fried shallots and peas which was a goodtouch. The only thing as feedback would be cooking the rice a little longer keeping it moist, but it?s not a bad thing- to eachtheir own. The employees were respectful and kind. Kept a conversation going while it was busy to keep you occupied while thefood was being made. Top notch food and service. Definitely bringing all my friends, family members here . Read more
I was regular customer of Punjabi Cuisine Parlour. I ordered 2 large paneer dishes and i found threads in that food. When i... called them for complaining about all this, they tried to ignore that. Even i called 2 times on the same day, they always saidthat they will call me back, but no one called me and after that i called another day for the same complaint. After my secondtime call, they offered me free food order for the next time. When today i called them they didnot answered my call, may be theyalready knew my phone number. Than i called from my friend's phone, than they refused to give that free food. I will not visitthere again. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more
I used to go to this shop only for veg food because the nveg food is not that great here but i don't go to this shop anymore. I... want to give zero stars for customer service. First you have to wait for a long time for somebody to come and attend you. Iwanted to order something in bulk so i visited this shop on 20 oct 2022 but there was this girl who refused to give me the orderas per the menu prices. She was charging me per person instead of giving me their veg package. So i ordered the food fromgateway pizza 76 and the food was amazing. They even provide home delivery for a very little cost.Very disappointed and i willnever visit this shop again. Read more
