Our first time here at this location yesterday! Came for the bfs birthday happy hour. Such great service from Ian throughout the... whole time! He is truly one of the main reasons why we had such a great time! We visit other locations frequently but thislocation had the best service by far. Food was great! Oysters we’re fresh and good size! The lobster and blt rolls are a must!Although the size of them are way smaller now post pandemic! The prawn cocktail sauce was so good! Truffle fries was so crispy,hot and delicious! Ian recommended the fried broccolini and it was a nice tempura style! He also suggested a really deliciousmock tail as I asked for something non alcoholic! When we asked for the bill, he asked about our plans for thanksgiving, we toldhim it’s my bfs birthday and he immediately said happy birthday can we bring you a dessert! We kindly said no as we were superfull! He then returned with a gift certificate for $15 off lunch as a birthday gift! Such a nice gesture! The only reason wedidn’t give 5 stars is the cleanliness, our seats were stained, dirty and the fake fur carpet they had hanging on the back ofthe seats were dirty, dusty and shedding. This place was amazing!!! The menu options were so hard to choose from as I couldn't pick just one. The portions were good size.... The staff here were very friendly and helpful, we had a few suggestions and they took our ideas to heart. The only thing I had alittle issue with was that with the three roll dish, the roll with the pork belly was lacking....the pork belly. The roll onlycame with one little thin sliced piece of pork belly, with a decent sized roll, there was more bun than meat. Over all I had agreat experience here, and i will definitely come back. This place is one of our favourite to celebrate of our special days! Last visit was on Feb for my husbands’ birthday ?????? I... tried to look cute and the friendly staffs are point at on me what I tried to be?? I got some compliments by them so make mefeel more special ?? you know they don’t have to do but come on They knew we were there to celebrate of our special day ! sotheir “service”is very thoughtful and professional!
