Worst customer service I have ever received from a food place. If Google allowed to give 0 stars that is what I would rate this... place. Received our order, one of the pizzas had a hair in it. The lady answering the phone refused to believe us and insteaddemanded that we bring the slice to them and show it to them. What kind of customer service is that. I placed an order of 7 pizzas; one of them had a hair in it. When we called Select Pizza to inform them that the order had a... hair in it, the lady answering the phone asked us to bring the piece in and show it to them as proof. We asked her to sendsomeone to our house because we were not going to leave the middle of our dinner to show them the proof. The lady answering thephone was not at all apologetic, refused to listen, and instead kept demanding that we bring the pizza to them instead. Read more
Pizza was cold and smell funny. When i call the store, lady said it can't be true, they bake with fresh ingredients. I told... them it is cold and doesn't feel like fresh ingredients. I couldn't eat more than 1 slice. There service is really bad becausethey should have taken some steps in order to satisfy me like give me new pizza or refund. She hust froze over the phone anddidn't take any steps to correct thier mistake. I end up ordering pizza from pizzahut.
