Stumbled upon this shop and my first take at bimbsoo. And man thanks to the lord I tried it. It was mind-blowing and amazing.... The bowls are large and the ambience quite clean. Just a single person managing the kitchen and service, given that it waspretty quick . As said by other reviewers the host did need a hospitality course???? . He wasn't rude to us as such but acertain warmth we have become used to in places serving dessert was Missing. He was just like a regular petrol stationattendant. I got the Mango Bingsoo to go, however when I got home and took it out of the bag I noticed the gentleman who made my order did... not put any whipped topping. The prices are ridiculously absurd and they actually charge you more if you are ordering to go. Soif I am being asked to pay extra for a takeout order I would expect it will be made the same as if I am dining in, if notbetter. I was also charged for a paper bag without being asked if I needed one. I even had to ask for a spoon since the workerdidn't provide one in the bag which is an essential utensil to have this dessert. Customer service is lacking, there was noproper greeting or a simple 'thank-you have a good day' after my order was ready, just uncomfortable radio silence. We go here when we feel like something special/different. Mango/Strawberry/Oreo/Cheesecake/Espresso are some of our favourites.... Taiyaki is sooooo yummy too~~great fast service. Highly recommend. Read more
We went Saturday, lucky it's not that busy because the place is quite small, clean though. It's a little bit pricey but the... serving size is big. Well some of them are shareable but even the regular size is pretty big. I love the combination of thetaste of the fruit and the shaved ice with milk. It's not overpowering the sweetness of the fruit. I can't say much of thecustomer service because it's almost just as come and go except they're fast. Well they're not rude to me but they really don'tsmile, at all... But I really love the dessert, so 5 star for now. Read more
One of my favourite places to get bingsoo! We got the large oreo bingsoo and it was delicious. The taiyaki is a hit or miss; the... croissant texture is very crispy and yummy, but some of the flavours are uninspiring. Definitely recommend the bingsoo though!You can?t go wrong with any of the flavours. Read more
