everytime i order a drink here it tastes so bad, way different than other starbucks locations. Grandview is much better. And the... other day i ordered a bakery item with my latte with cold foam , they didn?t add any cold foam (which i paid extra for) and thebottom of the sandwich bag was broken and it fell out later. I live very close to this Starbucks but avoid it at all costs. Every time I go there their employees seem bitter and it?s never... the same quality I expect from Starbucks. Also unbelievably slow compared to every other Starbucks. Went to leave a negativereview and realized I already had one, have to mention how their cold brew is extremely inconsistent. Very nice and quiet place for friends gathering, and business meet with client. Love here not so crowded like other Starbuck. If... Sunny , sitting outside is good choice. Recommend to my friends to gather here. Read more

The $7 coffee had caramel dripping down one side of the cup. Not realizing this until I was already gone and down the road, I... had to turn around to replace the order. When I got there, the fix was rushed and the employee didnt even bother looking intothe details of my order and just assumed I took milk in it initially. This also wasnt noticed until I was long gone and haddrank something I cannot drink. When I called back to let them know, I was told "hopefully they get it right next time Im in."No refund was offered for the morning setback.
