My usual place to buy a drink is here. There is a woman, probably in her 50s works evening shifts. It happened today at 6:25 pm.... Whenever she works, this is how she reacts always not just one time. She is really unkind. Giving wired instructions and nofeeling of welcoming. I believe that Starbucks has always had excellent customer service, however I think people like hermaking other?s experience miserable. I'm not sure if this is how she always acts or if it's just because of racism. Read more

Very unprofessional, didn?t respond despite greeting several times, didn?t had Frappuccino, peach juice, and many more? Never... had such a bad experience before at Starbucks. Luckily, thanks to other Starbucks, we got our drinks. such a waste of time andmoney, as when we are leaving they were laughing shows they don?t care about service just passing their time. Felt soembarrassed ????, as I?m local its not the same place I go all the time ????. There?s no difference between tims and starbucksat this location. Read more

Service has been declining lately. I order ahead on the app and 10 mins later my one drink is still not ready. Waited 12 minutes... today and had to walk out without my drink as it was making me late for work. Not the service I expect from Starbucks Read more

Would recommend this location. They are so nice and quick service. Clean and looked nice inside. Have patio and drive through. ... Plenty of parking spot. Thank you so much for my birthday drink! Read more

I hope the ceo of Starbucks reads this, Today is June 17, 9pm. I go to this drive through to order 3 brownies and a ginger... molasses cookie. Drive through person had no warm welcome, no greeting, she said "just wait a minute", I stated my order sayingcan I have 3 brownies please, and she said I can't hear you so i repeated it, and then she said is that it, I also order themolasses cookies, when I get to front to pay she tells me we don't have any brownies, I said why didn't you tell me that when Iplaced the order, she said I dint know, I asked her if she's having a bad day and she said no so that means she's always likethis, I asked for the receipt, I'm planning to call their franchise support or Ceo to complain. I also noticed that she had anargument with the driver ahead of me. This lady needs to be fired or removed from anything customer service. It was the worseexperience I've ever had. I've been to other Starbucks locations and they have been fine so not sure why this occurred. Read more

This Starbucks location is fairly busy. Whether you are planning to order inside or go through drive thru, it isn't the most... ideal location for the parking lot is hard to get in and out of. Service isn't too bad, but they do prioritize drive thruorders, so you'll often find yourself waiting for a few minutes to place your order if you go inside. Read more
