This is a nice store to grab coffee and a snack at. There is plenty of parking and ample outdoor seating with several tables... covered that can be used on rainy days. The staff are friendly and welcoming making for a nice atmosphere while visiting. Read more
For some reason this store charged me more for a grande pour over than my usual store. $3.10 instead of $2.78. Not sure why?
I went to pick up my drinks at the brickyard after placing my mobile order. I am super surprised my drinks aren?t ready and the... manager Luke (at least I think he is a manager) asks me About my receipt ..I pull it up and I am so embarrassed, I selected thewrong location for pick up. I was leaving, the other location was really close so it wasn?t a horrible situation. But then Lukemade my drinks for me and said it was not a big deal. I was so impressed I was the one who made the mistake and he went out ofhis way to make my day easier. Thanks so much Luke! Read more
Staff are normally super friendly and drinks are pretty consistent except for yesterday.. This group was not the regular weekend... staff. They were the "regular" busy for a Sunday morning, the boys at the coffee bar seemed to be annoyed by customers anddidn't have much interest in helping the trainee at the front till. Read more
Good location, great staff and a super prompt service. I don?t know how they make it so fast! Free WiFi helps you sit and work... there comfortably. The outdoor seating is perfect even for a sunny day as it is covered. Love the vibe here. Read more
It?s in my work plaza, so go quite often. Some girls are super nice, some are super mean! Kinda have mix feelings!
Understaffed location a quick grab and go last 15-20 mins and even the barista admitted after multiple messed up orders she was... having a rough day. This location doesn't have a drive thru so is a slower paced spot however today out of 4 drinks 3 werewrong. One was corrected I dislike waste so we rolled with the rest. We all have off days. Dale is a great Manger staff aren't rude as the other Starbucks around in cloverdale area staff are short rude not polite ... always talking about their social life with other staff or what they did instead off paying attention to customers orders 5 thumbs up for Brick yard Star bucks . Read more
