This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered a venti but received a grande amount of liquid...waste of money...
I have been there often. The service is friendly and hard-working. However?The coffee is mediocre at best, over roasted and... bitter. The food selection expensive and limited. Seating is squashed and uncozy with often dirty tables. That's Starbucks in anutshell. We need more artisan coffee shops with real quality. Read more
Super slow. Constantly get drinks wrong. Today was told I came for my mobile order to quickly and quite rudely by the girl at... the window. We often go out of our way to avoid this SB cause of their wait times and drink quality but now we definitely won'tbe going back. Read more

I don't know why doesn't everybody give them a 5 star. This is a location like any other locations if you don't like your order... or it doesn't taste like you wanted or liked, easy get them to re-do the drink at any Starbucks location. This Starbuckslocation has the best drive thru services. I recommend this Starbucks location for dining inside and drive-thru service. I am atthis location more times that I am willing to admit. worst Starbucks location. Went this morning and asked for oat milk in my drink as I am allergic to dairy and got regular milk in... my drink. I understand being busy but the baristas have to be more careful when modifications are made. This location just can?tseem to get it right. Read more
This SB location has the worst service! They consistently get the drinks wrong and today I was told they would not give me more... sweet cream because the "extra" I ordered was already in the cup. Um cool story but when I'm paying $7 for a drink, an extra1/4" of cream isn't a wild ask. I gave 2 stars because some of the poor baristas here are trying - might be a management issue? Read more
The Clayton Crossing Starbucks is one of the busiest with some of the best and friendliest staff and faces I've seen in customer... services for a long time. The energy is unmatchable, and tho wait times are often greatly varying, I always leave with a smileand a feeling of genuine connection. Though its often loud, and bustling, its one of the Starbucks I feel most comfortablespending my time at. Kinda hit and miss at times, but what store isn't. Theyre a bit behind on some things and lackinginventory, but its the holiday season. Starbucks is mediocre at best as a chain, but far more refined and classy with its heartbased at customer experience than any Tim Hortons I'll never go back to. The prices are a bit sheeeeesh but so is any other'specialty' cafe. Take your pick. This is also the only Starbucks I dont get spoke to like a toddler at. Be smart. Shop S-bucks. Read more
