First time at this location. It seems like a good Starbucks. But I think the staff were running around kinda lost or just slowed... down. It was friendly but you can tell the vibe was low, probably due to the season or morals. Would go back but lowexpectations. Also the clientele that came in had a sense of entitlement. Disappointed ???? today is red cup day. From last year?s experience, I knew this store would be overflowed in the morning. I... placed a mobile order at @7:30am, and the app told me the drink would be ready in 7 mins. I did not believe. I arrived by 7:50,the staff told me they did not receive my order. I could not wait for another 20 mins so I left. I heard from a friend thatthere were about 30 plus cups left on the counter at 9 am, waiting to be picked up. I guess there were a few disappointedcustomers like me. Just so the store manager know that if your staff can't handle the volume, please turn off the mobile orderand just serve the people in the store. Shift manager Amanda is pretty unprofessional and so is one of the Baristas there. Been going there for over 5 years almost on a... daily basis . She is a new face and don?t know her name . Most of the other staff is professional friendly and polite . Bean,Mary, Lamar are all awesome . Disappointed that one person and that too someone who calls herself a shift manager can cause theentire store a negative outlook. This review is also for the management to evaluate training needs for their staff and ascertainthe level of service provided to its patrons. When a supervisor asks a customer to escalate an issue to their District Manager,it speaks a lot about their own ability for conflict resolution ( one of the key components for a supervisor position) Also thisis the only Starbucks in the world where a shift manager refused to serve a customer only because the customer gave a feedbackabout that Barista?s unprofessional attitude and a request to be served by someone else. The people working here are some of the friendliest people I?ve ever met! They clearly love what they?re doing and make it such... a pleasant experience just walking in. I?ve only seen it run behind during the school lunch times. Read more

I am from Seattle and was visiting Surrey. Went to this Starbucks a few times during my stay and had a really good experience!... Not only was the coffee good, but the staff here were awesome. They were so friendly and jovial and at the time that I went (7am and around 730 pm) the store wasn't crowded at all! Read more

Nice location, lots of outdoor seating. Coffee was made to my specifications-excellent. Tried telling the server I didn't want... syrup in my drink, he said he would tell the barista.
