The staff work hard and do such an amazing job. I enjoy going here as they are quick, accurate in drink making and provide a... good customer experience. The staff deserve more recognition. They are the first to greet hello when you walk in and I enjoy mytimes here. It is always clean in the cafe area as well. Read more

Issi and annabell were so nice to me. Best coffee by Issi on the bar and amazing customer service by annabelle. She went above... and beyond and went to her supervisor to ask if I could exchange a mug that someone gifted me and I had no receipt for it, Thesupervisor refused because of some policy however Annabel tried really hard and I ended up buying another mug but as a customerI appreciate her efforts. We have been visiting this location for the past few times. There's always friendly staff, quick and accurate service. They have... nice little patio outside which is a plus in this beautiful summer time to have coffee outside. This location is hit or miss, I have been by multiple times to get an early morning drink before work and depending on the... servers you can get wonderful service or terrible service. I usually mobile order ahead of time and by the time I get there it?susually ready. But sometimes I?ll get there and end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement until I flagsomeone down even though there are no other customers besides those in the drive thru? There is no option for 0 stars or i would give Zero stars I was in drive thru line for 20 minutes after placing my order got to... the window to pay then was told they did not have ingredients for my order then was told I was wrong for asking why I was nottold when I placed my order. Management definitely needs to staff better Will not be going to this location again. The locationdown the road is way better even though it does not have a drive thru window. Read more
