This franchisee has decided to only offer full sugar fountain drinks. I online ordered so had already paid and then couldn?t get... my young children a non-sugary drink. Franchise owner came to tell me that diet drinks weren?t profitable. Wouldn?t let meselect a bottled option instead either as they cost him more. Inattentive and unprofessional staff. Seems like many other Subways this one could also use some proper staff training.
