They have lots of new staff all the time so they always seem to be training people. That would probably be the major down fall... but they don't usually train during their busiest hours so that's great. Also don't be afraid to tell them to put more veggieson because most of the staff will put on the least amount of veggies possible. Positives are the older staff members are so niceand fast. They make the visits nice and quick. The longest I have waited is 5 minutes and that's with a huge line up. Its open24 hour 7 days a week and easily wheelchair accessible. Read more

Very nice restaurant, the sandwiches are made very nicely and the employees are very polite. The store is well kept and is... clean. Very nice to hear them say hello as you walk into the restaurant. Will definitely go here during my lunch break from nowon. Read more
