Went today at 9:15 PM, girl (not Simran) attended me. Will give Zero to customer service. No smile No wish. I dont know what she... thinks about herself. She had NO name tag. Training should be given to her for treating customers. Read more
Worst customer service. Super rude when I asked for olive oil. Said no and made a bad face. Tried to order a veggie delight... sandwich and wanted a veggie patty on it but the girl claimed I should have said veggie patty sandwich instead. I said sorry butI?ll pay whatever the extra amount is and she threw a fit and keep saying no. Whenever I order sandwich or wrap never get proper quantity of meat always put less may be they don't want to do preparation of... meats again and again but if somebody is paying you enough why not getting much as it should be. Very disappointing Read more

You should never eat at this location. The first time I walked in an employee came out from the back with half her finger up her... nose! Gross!!!!! I walked out and never went back. This place is disgusting. If you want to get sick by eating another person'ssnot then this is the place for you. Enjoy. Read more

Ordered 2 footlongs veggie patty, every thing else was good apart from the bread, which was over toast, lady forgot to take out... the bread on time from oven. I didn't took it seriously when I saw, but when i came home and ate it, found it to be overtoasted. Read more

Update: My last review explained how this location was encouraging customers to neglect covid guidelines. Reluctantly, I tried... this location again to see if anything had changed. Today this location seemed to be more patient with those who respectedsocial distancing. I will continue to update my review as things progress. Read more

Better than most Subways! The girl name "ranjeet " or " rajneet" was very friendly, efficient and professional. No line up, and... fast. Everything well spaced apart, clean You can tell when people take pride in their particular restaurant. She was verypositive not like the girls who show attitude towards their job. Earlier she gave me a bad news that " egg salad" has beenremoved from their menu but also helped me to find substitute product in my budget and later we also talked about other productsand she also helped me to provide dressing on the side as i was also taking the sub for my morning breakfast. You should visittheir once if you want to see how somebody love their job and be positive in their profession. Every work is important. I wishthis store manager should appreciate that girl via some gift for delivering that wonderful customer services... GoodLuck...Awesome :) Read more

Paid fully for a sub that apparently wasn't available and they fully knew it wasn't, still processed my payment, didn't attempt... to call or fix the issue. Paid for a beyond meat foot sub, got a stale vegetable piece of bread with some vegetables and somesauce. Never getting from here again, others have fixed the issue when they were wrong, this place didn't care, they said theywould call me back and never did. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Don't leave people waiting for a response. Read more
