This place is absolute hell. The branch operates with the lowest standard of food and hygiene ever possible. Food has lost it's... quality and most of the employees including the managers are rude. No actions are being taken from the concerned authorities toimprove the quality over here. I'll recommend you to go anywhere but this place! Read more
Worst experience . Stale and soggy chicken on the name of crispy chicken, I could not even look at it. I wish I could take a... photo to upload. It was the worst taste of chicken I ever ate. Also, gave them feedback, instead of feeling sorry, they ask ifit was hot?????? Hot does not mean fresh , I was about to thorw up eating such a stale food. manager promised to call backsaying that someone else made it, but never called. Poor customer service. Read more
I’ve been coming to this location for years. The service is quick and friendly. Sometimes there may be a little wait,... especially around lunch time, and the waiting area is not very spacious so you may have to wait outside. Overall the food hasalways been excellently prepared. Read more

Great customer service, I accidentally spilled a bunch of pop every where on the table and floor, I told the employee and then... offered to clean it up, they told me to finish my meal and not worry about it, they cleaned it up. Best subway in Surrey. Read more
