Never had a rice bowl without cheese....the lady claimed cheese was extra. So I asked why I'm not charged extra for cheese on... the app...apparently the app is different. Subway is obviously ok with this poorly managed location...the owner has theirsemployees tryin to squeeze a lil extra out of each customer. She's standin there arguing with me over 50 cents of shreddedcheese. Read more
Sandwich & cookies are not fresh. They taste like expired food.
I ordered 3 footlong, the female employee who made our sub placed Italian herb too long in the stove it got hard like baguette.... I went back and asked for a remake. The male employee insisted it's just toasty then he touched the sub and said he can remake 6inch then he began poking the other half of sub (which was okay) with his index finger and played it (inside the sub) like aseven year old. I was disgusted ????. Who pokes food and plays it which was meant for serving?? It was unappetizing and highlyunprofessional! The employee was not happy about making the entire sub. What's really concerning is that he wasn't acknowledgingwhat he did wrong ????. Yes, he wore a glove but still you don't poke customers' food and play with it and try to serve that.This all happened at front. I was grossed out ????. AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION ON TUESDAY. I observed one of the staff members take the knife for cutting buns for sandwiches and used it to cut a taped box open with it... and then return without washing it first back to the food counter. A older employee grabs the same knife and proceeded to cutopen my bun I replied I'm not eatin that bun and told her what I witnessed she washed off the knife glared at the female besideme . My wife ordered a salad. For the cost, you would think that the lettuce would at least be fresh! The person serving us argued... when my wife asked for more salad dressing. We ended up throwing it away and going to Opa, which gave her a much better salad(check my review there) Sad thing is that this is going in their subs, which is totally awful! definitely Do Notrecommend... Just had my first order from this location using my new Subway app account. Went to pickup my sandwich and they did not read the... "special instructions" so the order was wrong. Got home and called the location manager. His solution was for me to drive back15-20 mins so they could provide me a small bag of chips to compensate. I gather the manager of this Subway location considersthat top notch customer service. The Subway at 10070 152 St Unit (Impact Plaza) in Surrey is far better and I noticed $0.50less per sandwich! Had the worst experience today. My gf bought a sub , she kept feeling that the cheese , chicken seemed to be old in the display... window but ignored it and went ahead and placed an order for chicken teriyaki sub. the bread was so hard and the taste seemedoff , she got a bad stomach ache after and puked the whole thing out. That's disgusting. You guys should keep fresh stuff. Suchthings should not be happening. Read more
