Items were missing, but they were quick to recover them. The fries here are terrible, we ordered them twice because the first... batch was cold and stale and hard. The second batch came out exactly the same. The staff is very friendly though, they have agood team, just don't order the fries. Read more

This drive Tru is hard to turn into. Alot of people have to backup to make the turn depending on the direction. Menu board is... far away from the order speaker and its hard to see. I ordered Delivery today as I am currently unable to leave the house as I am sick & immobilized due to pain, this was one of the... few places open during the time I ordered this and I made sure they'd be open for at least a hour - half hour before closing asI didn't want it to be a inconvenience to the workers, this is what I have been taught to make fast food workers' jobseasier. Despise this - They cancelled my order on the guise that I had called in to cancel my order, which wasn't truewhatsoever. I haven't called in app or with my phone whatsoever- I hadn't even called anyone that day, which meant the workershad lied to get my order cancelled for some reason. It also made it harder to order from other places because by time theycancelled, other places either were closing within the half hour or completely closed - making it inconvenient for other workersin the area. It's really irresponsible for one to just lie like that to cancel a order for no apparent reason, and it could'veeven been fraudulent if they had someone impersonate their customers to get orders cancelled. The guy working tonight was so passive aggressive towards me and my friends. We came in 45min before closing to dine in. While... we were eating the worker in the front started slamming the garbage bins aggressively while taking out the trash and throwingthe bags on the floor. We started packing up when he then shouted at us front behind the counter that ?he was off?. Basicallytelling us to get out. We left the area clean and made sure to throw out our garbage, but I honestly should?ve just left it withhow rude the worker was. He shouldn?t be working in customer service if he can?t handle, communicate or be patient with hiscustomers. I?ve worked in customer service for 4+ years and have never yelled at a customer to get out, he should have given usa 10-15min warning of their closing if he wanted us to leave. Worst Taco Bell in the lower mainland. Maybe in Canada. They employees make the food as if they're paying for the ingredients... themselves. Old, dry, and nasty, and the "manager" must care less. Surly the Corporation itself should have enough interest inits brand to take a note at the mostly 1 star reviews this location rightfully gets. Tear it down and start over, please. Wouldbe great to get an actual Taco Bell in the area. Read more

Order from uber eats, got the new crunch wrap that claims to have more meat and extra layers but was only more bread and... actually less meat than the regular crunch wraps ive had at other taco bells. Very cheap on the ingredients! Read more

Laughable quality for the price you pay. I ordered 6 taco supremes: every single one of them were so thin and bare, and only 2/6... had sour cream on the OUTSIDE of the taco... like??? Do the staff not understand that ingredients go inside the shell?Apparently, common sense is not so common. Why did am I paying extra for sour cream when only 2/6 tacos had sour cream? Read more
