Not really impressed with the taste of food or quality. Recently started working in the area, I ordered today the heat bowl with... brown rice and romaine lettuce. I got white rice that was hard and under cooked, and ice berg lettuce that was literally 10shredded pieces. Cold bland black beans and corn. $16 for the most boring flavourless meal. Read more

I have tried several meal prep companies and healthy eating before (MealsAWeight, training day etc) but I feel so blessed and... lucky to be working across the street from such a great establishment. I work late nights and sometimes miss the meal prepcutoff time online and Gurj has been so cool to accommodate me every time. You can tell Gurj and Jas care a lot about theirclients and have such amazing support staff that are always smiling and providing such a great service to the community. Being asingle guy who works long hours with little time to cook, Whole bowl provides a great healthy meal solution at a reasonablecost! Had a terrible experience ordering via Uber Eats! After I ordered, the restaurant called me to say they don't have lettuce (a... health bar with no lettuce) and that I had to cancel the order on my end, which I did. Uber then charged me $26 for it! Itsounds strange at the very least that the restaurant doesn't have an option to cancel the order on their end, and force theircustomers to go through a painful process with Uber to get a refund. Am not going to order here again. EDIT (since I can'treply the restaurant): The order was placed yesterday 6:06pm. Yes, the restaurant can cancel an order, since I've had thatexperience before with other places. What happened was that you accepted the order, and set as "preparing your food". After thatpoint, yes, the restaurant can't cancel, and the customer will be forced to cancel and go through a 30 min chat with Uber to getthe money back. Next time, please make sure you make sure the ingredients are available before setting the order to "preparingyour food" and you should have a way to cancel. This is what the Uber Eats Website explains (You're welcome!): As arestaurant, if you need to cancel, follow these steps: 1. Tap the MANAGE ORDER button in the top right of the order info screenthat you would like to cancel. 2. Tap CANCEL ORDER and provide the reason why you?re canceling. The customer will then get anotification that their order could not be fulfilled. You will not be paid for any orders that you cancel. Read more

I wanted to start my calorie deficit diet and so far my experience with this store has been extremely satisfying. I was helped... out by jas who gave me some options all of which included different delicious sauces that made me following this routine quiteeasy. Solid 5 stars! They organized and communicated very well when I placed a large office lunch order. Everyone in my office felt... the portions were perfect for a full meal. It was the first time my 12 coworkers had Whole Bowl and they all loveeeed it (ofcourse). Every order I've ever placed has been well prepared with fresh chicken and veggies. Whole Bowl's customer servicein-person, on phone and online is wonderful. I just really wish they were open Saturdays! Read more
